Description

Light and crisp with a dry finish, this beer explodes with tropical fruit and citrus notes complemented with subtle white peach and grapefruit character. Brewed in Collaboration with the Women of Florida’s Craft Brewing Industry.

The name

The name comes from what the beer collaboration was. Every year we do a women led brew to celebrate the contributions of women in the industry. This year we opened the brewhouse up to every woman in the Craft beverage space and had an honorary brewmaster for the day. Mari (Shojo’s Dojo) was our lead brewer for 2026, she helped design the recipe and together with the women able to attend the brew day named the beer “Her Brew, Her Rules”.

BEER FACT

What happens when you take inspiration and guidance from Sake and apply that towards brewing a beer? You get this hybrid ale that shares elements of both sake and a traditional WC IPA. With pronounced bitterness, this IPA has a dry, crisp finish with a heavy impact of tropical and citrus character from traditional dry hopping as well as the use of white koji and sake yeast.

The Ingredients

• Malt: 2-Row, Dextrin, Malted Oats

• Hops: Incognito Citra, Meridian, Dolcita

• Yeast: S-33 and Sake Yeast 

• Other: White Koji Rice
