2-Row, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, and Dextrin Malts

Galaxy, Ella, Enigma, Huell Melon, Mosaic, Azacca, and Ahtanum

Beer Facts

While it is still an IPA, Hazy IPAs are generally not as bitter as their more traditional counterparts while exhibiting much more in the way of aroma and flavor from the hops.  Having only a single, late addition and being dry-hopped twice over the course of fermentation and conditioning, Gold Coast is not an exception but 100% unique.

The Pairings

Asparagus and artichokes, goat cheese, pork.
