Description

A light body that gives way to strong citrus and floral aromatics and flavors that linger on the palate before a smooth finish.


The Name

Surfing term meaning a wave with multiple riders. This name was chosen because of the amount of hops used (66.0lbs!!), the new hops used, and the new strain of yeast used.

2-Row, Flaked Oats, and Dextrin Malts

Triumph, Cashmere, Cryo-Loral, Cryo-Citra

Yeast

Verdant IPA



Beer Facts

This beer was dry-hopped three times (Day Zero, Day 5 and a Terminal dry-hopping) based off a seminar I attended at the brewers conference where they determined that the haze comes from the hops and the yeast doesn’t appear to play a factor in the haze. If it clears up we’ll change the name to “This Hazy Sucks”
