Beer Facts

What is an Extra Pale Ale: or XPA? It’s a middle ground style favoring a reduced hop bitterness while still keeping the explosive flavor and aromas. This was also a weird ferment: lager yeast at room temperature and under pressure.

The Pairings

Roasted grilled meats, citrus forward dishes, delicate seafood, creamy desserts and cheeses.
