A subtle, easy-drinking ale with light amber hues. Malty in the balance, with an initial soft toffee sweetness that fades into caramel notes.


The Name

Named for Steve Irwin, an infamous (if you’re a wild animal) Australian conservationist and wildlife educator who is of Irish Descent. He wasn’t a ginger and neither is this beer. I’ll be taking no further questions on the matter.
