Light, crisp, and refreshing with strong herbal and spice notes, juicy fruit character, and a hint of citrus.


The Name

Named for a night market in Miami, Queensland (yes there’s a Miami in Australia) and known for its shops, food vendors, and beer. We brewed this beer in Collaboration with Rich Watkins (founder of Bentspoke Brewing in Canberra, Australia).

Beer Facts

Similar to IPAs this lager was dry-hopped pretty heavily (with Australian, New Zealand, and newer breed hops) to give it a great deal of aroma and flavor not characteristic of the base style—which typically derives all of its character from the malt.
