Made using a rotating blend of hops, this beer is brewed as a fundraiser for ALS research and is part of a larger, national program aimed at raising funds for research and treatment of ALS.

The Ingredients

  • Malts: Pale Malt, Golden naked oats, flaked oats, dextrin

  • Hops: Ales 4 ALS Hops Blend

The Pairings

Can be variable but generally: citrus roasted chicken, pork tenderloin with some sweetness, creamy desserts.
