NAME

Cole, one of our brewers, wrote a Kolsch recipe. That’s pretty self-explanatory right?

 

BEER FACT

Technically speaking a “real” Kölsch can only be brewed within 50 km of Cologne, Germany. They are also, traditionally a lower alcohol content (4.4%-5.2%). This style of beer is referred to as a “hybrid” style because it is warm fermented like an ale, then conditioned at cold temperatures like a lager.
