Description

Bold and erupting with flavor, refreshing and delightful beer was brewed in collaboration with Shojo Beer Company and finished with Yuzu Lemon, Strawberry, lemongrass, and a pepper blend.

The Name

Well, it was going to be the name of our festival, that was a no go so we decided that it would be a perfect beer name. Aussie slang for No worries (a bit more than that so google it if you dare!).

 

The Ingredients

  • Malts: 2-row, White Wheat, and Dextrin

  • Hops: Galaxy

Beer Facts

Yuzu, while commonly referred to as a lemon is not actually a lemon but has characteristics of all the citron/citrus fruits.

The Pairings

For a contrasting pairing anything spicy or anything rich and fatty; for a complimentary paring anything with some tartness to it, citrus and fruit pairing
