BEER INFO

What is an Extra Pale Ale: or XPA? It’s a middle ground style favoring a reduced hop bitterness while still keeping the explosive flavor and aromas. This was also a weird ferment: lager yeast at room temperature and under pressure. Why is it called Stubbie: the shape of the bottles we put it in!

The Ingredients

  • Malts: 2-Row, White Wheat and Dextrin

  • Hops: Incognito Citra, Enigma and Meridian

The Pairings

Roasted with grilled meats, citrus forward dishes, delicate seafood, creamy desserts and cheeses
