Yuzu kissed, light and crisp this lager was brewed using Alorra hops to give complimentary sweet peach and melon character to this zest forward beer. Collab with Curley Lewis Bondi Beach.

tHE NAME

This beer was inspired by, and named after the Yewzu lager made at Curley Lewsi Brewing in Bondi Beach.

 

BEER FACT

Traditionally a very pale, highly-carbonated, light-bodied, well-attenuated lager with a very neutral flavor profile and low bitterness. Alorra hops are a new breed of hop (released last year) with strong Yuzu, sweet peach and melon character.

  • Malts: Pilsner, pale wheat, dextrin, and flaked rice

  • Hops: Alorra

The Pairings

Anything really, but especially light salads, seafood dishes, roasted chicken; ripened cheeses; creamy and fruit/citrus forward desserts.
