Description

Berry and subtle spice notes combine with and fade away to pleasing citrus character and a soft finish with hints of cooling menthol.

The Name

The name is a surfing term, meaning: When the waves have a smooth, glassy surface and break from one point steadily along it's length providing an open face for a surfer to ride on (i.e. easy to surf). This beer is clean, not to bitter, fits perfectly in a glass and easy to drink.

Beer Facts

Using exceptionally soft water with over 300lbs of oats (think oatmeal) gives this beer a soft, pillowy texture and contributes significantly to the haze in the final product.
