Voted on and brewed by the women at Bay 13 on International Women in Beer Day (March 8th), this beer features classic spice and bubblegum notes alongside a pleasant honey tone. 

The Name

This beer was named after famous Australian, Elle Macpherson.  Like her, the women of Bay 13 are multi-faceted, enigmatic, and hardworking (and know the best spots in town).

 Yeast is the unsung hero in regard to flavor contribution in nearly all Belgian beers. Elle, our first saison, is no different. Starting at a warmer temperature and gradually increasing over the course of fermentation produced a one of a kind, unique beer.
