Beer Facts
This beer was dry-hopped three times (Day Zero, Day 5 and a Terminal dry-hopping) based off a seminar I attended at the brewers conference where they determined that the haze comes from the hops and the yeast doesn’t appear to play a factor in the haze. If it clears up we’ll change the name to “This Hazy Sucks”
The Pairings
Crème brulee, pork tenderloin, citrus forward foods, goat blue cheese
