The Name

Why is it called pocket rocket? Because we were joking around about a kangaroo mascot named pocket that was in the Australian space program. No further questions.

The Ingredients

Malts

Dark Munich, Pilsner, Carabohemian, Melanoiden, and Carafa Special II malts

Hops

Chinook Hop Extract and Willamette hops

Yeast

Saflager S-189 yeast

Beer Facts

American Pale Ales typically fall be tween 5-7% ABV and are characterized by their prodigious (relatively) use of American C- hops ( piney, spice, citrusy and dank characteristics). HOWEVER, this being our first collab with our friends at Rocketeer Beer we wanted to something big. So we put together this imperial pale ale with a bunch of new zealand, Australian, and new breed hops.
