The Name
Named for the copper/amber color of the Roebuck Mudflats at the coming of high tide. Located in Broome Western Australia, the region evokes a sense of the rugged and untamed Outback where popular attractions are geared towards those with an adventurous spirit and curious mind are welcomed to explore the picturesque landscape, walk in the footsteps of dinosaurs, or enjoy a sunset camel ride along the beach.

The Fun Facts
Modeled after a Czech Amber Lager, Roebuck is Bay 13’s interpretation of this bold sessionable lager. the character of this beer is exceptionally malt driven with subtle hop character from the use of late addition German Noble hops (Spalter Select) and newer German hop varieties (Ariana); the use of Caararye malt lends support to the spice notes of the hops and yields color to the final beer.
