The Name

Because I’m old and a nerd here’s some info you didn’t ask for. In the original power rangers tv show for some reason, they all hung out at a juice bar/shopping center/after-school spot/karate dojo (90s tv am I right?) in Angel Grove. There. There’s a thing you know now

The Ingredients

Malts

2-row, wheat malt, and dextrin

Hops

Summer Saaz

Yeast

Sourvisiae

Beer Facts

Sours typically rely on either kettle souring (brewing like normal and letting everything go sour in the kettle before boiling) or pitching bacteria and hoping you can clean everything well enough to avoid making everything sour. The yeast we are using: produces the souring acid and, when the pH gets too low, shuts itself down.

The Pairings

Creamy cheeses, roast duck, citrus salmon
