Easy Company

The Basics

Style - Session IPA

ABV - 4.6%

Description

Light and easy-drinking with a dry finish, this session IPA is bursting with notes of fresh pine, sweet citrus, and tropical fruit. Collaboration with Pearl and Pine Brewery in Senoia, GA.

tHE NAME

Easy Company came from the simple desire every young brewer has when their first chin hair sprouts: to make a good beer to share with good company. Fortunately for us, we were able to partner with Matt from Pearl and Pine out of Senoia, GA to craft this easy drinking ale.

BEER FACT

Session IPAs are essentially a really hoppy pale ale with reduced alcohol content (typically in the range of 3-5% ABV). The hoppy character is equivalent or on par with a standard IPA due to: Dry hopping. In this instance the hops used were further processed, concentrating the compounds that contribute to the aroma and flavor.
