Rich and full-bodied imperial stout with layers of chocolate and roasted malt, balanced by a sweet finish and a velvety, heavy mouthfeel. Aged in a Clonakilty Irish whiskey barrel in partnership with Clonakilty Distillery.

Imperial Porter・10% ABV

Medium bodied with notes of semisweet chocolate, light roasted coffee, caramel and toffee. Aged in a Eagle Rare Bourbon barrel and brewed in collaboration with Proximity Malts.

Baltic Porter・8.0% ABV

Notes of caramelized sugar, licorice and dark chocolate mingle that gently fade to dark fruit notes that linger on the palate. Aged in a 1792 Bourbon barrel.

Wheat Wine・8.5% ABV

Floral on the nose, with notes of sweet fruit, berry and hibiscus on the palate with a smooth, semi sweet finish. 2024 Women’s Day Beer infused with a berry and hibiscus tea and aged in a Chardonnay barrel from March 2024.

American Barleywine・8.5% ABV

Malt forward with a restrained hop bitterness that gives way to a long finish. Aged in Port barrels since July 1, 2023 and finished with sweet Valencia orange peel, cinnamon and clove.

A smooth and malty Irish Red Ale with a rich caramel sweetness, a touch of roastedbarley, and a crisp, clean finish.

Fruited Wheat Ale・6.3% ABV

Light and refreshing with subtle bready notes and a subtle citrus character from Citra hops. Finished with Passion fruit, Orange and Guava.

Session IPA・4.98% ABV

Golden and unassuming in appearance, this low abv session beer is exploding with citrus and tropical fruit aromas and flavors sure to compliment any drinking session. Collaboration brew with Lost 40 Brewing Co. from Little Rock, Arkansas.

Aussie Bitter・4.7% ABV

Late additions of Australian Galaxy hops balanced against the sweetness of the malt provide and excellent backdrop for the woody, earthy notes of the style with a subtle citrus kick in the finish. Collaboration with Pensacola’s own Alga Beer Co.

Vienna Lager・4.0% ABV

A smooth, amber lager with balanced toasted malt sweetness, a tropical hint, and a crisp finish. Collaboration with Shojo Brewing Co.

Belgian Quadrupel・12.0% ABV

Strong ad complex with rich malt character with notes of plum, raisin, and some subtle spice notes with a full body and semi-sweet finish.

Gose・4.6% ABV

Light, tart and refreshing finished with watermelon, a hint of sea salt and fresh coriander, and a subtle heat from a blend of scotch bonnet and habanero peppers.

Session Hazy IPA・5.1% ABV

Smooth and easy drinking with notes of rich tropical fruit, guava, stonefruit and citrus notes. Brewed in collaboration with our regulars and Charles Faram Hops.
