tHE NAME

Another SUPER creative name with this one. Since we made a black beer cheese with Rocketeer Beer we named it after the astronomical phenomenon: an Eclipse.

 

BEER FACT

Black IPA is a type of beer that uses darker malts and lots of hops to create a dark color and hoppy taste. Black IPAs are also known as Cascadian dark ales.

The Ingredients

  • Malts: Pale Ale Malt, 2-Row, Pilsner, Caramunich III, Black Malt, Dextrin, and Oat Malts

  • Hops: Chinook, Citra, Motueka, Nelson Cauvin, and EXP-Pink

  • Yeast: US-05

Fried chicken, steak, spicy BBQ, grilled items, strong cheeses, and rich chocolate as well as carrot cake
