Brewed with local, florida blueberies and yuzu, this delightfully tart yet easy drinking sour is as thirst quenching as it is thirst inducing.

tHE NAME

The name comes from a popular candy brandy from Australia (Zappo), best known for their line of sour candies called “Fabulicious”.

BEER FACT

The acidity present in this beer comes from the presence of lactic acid, produced from the specific strain of yeast used in the fermentation process. This beer was finished with Florida Blueberry puree (made in house) and Yuzu juice (not made in house).

• Malts: Pale Ale and Pilsner Mal, Dextrin malts

• Hops: Galaxy

Pretty variable but generally speaking strongly flavored cheeses and creamy, fruity desserts.
