Subtle floral notes balanced with a pleasant malt background and accented with notes of Orange Blossom honey with a smooth, crisp finish.

tHE NAME

The beer itself was inspired by a similar Orange Blossom honey lager I had (Tallahassee I think?) that was amazing.  The name is more a reference to our love for lagers and brewing with honey.  Two gallons of Florida Orange Blossom honey went into this batch.

BEER FACT

“Helles” means “pale in color,” as these beers are often golden. The German-style helles lager is a bit rounder or fuller-bodied than light lager and even all-malt pilsners. Helles lager beers offer a touch of sweetness that balance a measurable addition of spicy German hop flavor and light bitterness.
