Description

Exceptionally light with delicate tropical and sweet fruit aromas with a subtle, well-rounded bitterness, and delightfully crispness.

tHE NAME

The name comes from the popularity of the mullet in Australia, especially in the Outback (not the Steakhouse). The beer was bred to finish dry and crisp with a full body, getting the most out of the ingredients used.

BEER FACT

Australian Pale ales are brewed to have a dry finish, emphasizing a more balanced malt and hop expression and to be drunk in hot climates.
