BEER FACT
The haze in the hazy IPAs comes from and is affected by a few different factors. The hops and when they’re added, the choice of yeast, and the composition of the malt. If too much flaked the malt (where the proteins are) then they have a meeting and all drop out of solution. The wrong yeast: clear. Add the hops in the wrong order or don’t use enough: clear beer.

Malts: Pilsner Malt, Flaked Oats, and Dextrin Malt
Hops: Amarillo, Nelson Suain, Incog. Mosaic, Erebus, and Lupo-Lotus
Yeast: S-04
