Intense and bold candied fruit, berry, and citrus flavors featuring a soft body, smooth mouthfeel and a reduced bitterness, all coalescing into an exceptional pint (or two)!

tHE NAME

The name, like all or most IPAs we make, is a surfing term. Green Room is another name for a tube or barrel wave (you know, for the surfing) and seemed fitting as hops are green or something like that… NAMING THE BEERS IS THE HARDEST PART SOMETIMES!

BEER FACT

The haze in the hazy IPAs comes from and is affected by a few different factors. The hops and when they’re added, the choice of yeast, and the composition of the malt. If too much flaked the malt (where the proteins are) then they have a meeting and all drop out of solution. The wrong yeast: clear. Add the hops in the wrong order or don’t use enough: clear beer.

The Ingredients

  • Malts: Pilsner Malt, Flaked Oats, and Dextrin Malt

  • Hops: Amarillo, Nelson Suain, Incog. Mosaic, Erebus, and Lupo-Lotus

  • Yeast: S-04

The Pairings

Grilled or charred (not burnt) foods, cooked onions, spicy dishes, fruit pancakes, mild cheeses, and brunch
